Positive Impact

The Positive Impact Training Program consist of 7 half day modules. Created by Connie Podesta and facilitated by the authorized dealers of 360 Solutions, the program development staff interviewed more than 500 decision makers in today's business. These included CEOs, managers, supervisors, human resource directors, employers and business owners. They asked the same question:

"You have two employees, both technically competent, but you can keep just one of them. What abilities or behaviors do you look for to determine which employee will stay and which one will go...which one would you fight to keep?"

There was remarkable consistency in the answers. Positive Impact teaches the participants how to be the person companies fight to keep. Your teams success in their current job and the ability to stay in their job over the long haul will depend on having the ability to:
