HistoryThe Landry Group was established in September of 2003 from Digital Success. The Digital Success mission was to assist clients with the operational and sales issues associated with Document Management and the Printing Industry. Digital Success has assisted both large and small companies in solving sales, production and management issues. As an independent contractor for CAP Ventures, Inc. (a Boston Based Consulting Company), Digital Success evaluated, researched, and implemented solutions for companies such as Moore Business Forms, Fidelity Investments, EFI (for Amazon.com), and Vanguard Funds. Digital Success also assisted small print for pay and copy businesses in their search for profitability. The evolution to The Landry group expands the offering from a single focused industry to a larger more encompassing product offering. Process and MethodologyCorporate Training: We will provide one on one consultation with management to determine the proper format, length of time and content to best reach the targeted audience. While much of the curriculum is standardized, customization is always available. The goal is to provide the trainee with the valuable knowledge that can be applied immediately into their professional life. Mentoring:Many times, through research with a client, we find that certain individuals are not achieving the potential a client believes they have. Whether this is the result of low self confidence or an incomplete understanding of a new position, these valuable resources can benefit form one on one individual coaching. In the sales arena, new players often struggle because they have not yet developed a system to accomplish their goals. In operations, long-term valuable front line employees are promoted or hired with excellent technical skills for the job but are not given the tools or training to manage the human side of a supervisory position. While generalized training is available through The Landry Group, in some cases more focused one on one coaching will bring the employee to a new level management much quicker. Consulting:Consulting is the most customized offering from The Landry Group but the methodology is simple and consistent. Whether the desire is to improve manufacturing, sales, financial, administrative, or human resource processes, a consistent methodology is required for measurable success.

A Note from KellyDetermine what is important?Balance between work and life is essential. I was missing that balance. The very thing that keeps one grounded as a human being. I left an excellent corporate position to pursue my dream of being a more active father and a business owner. I spent ten years on the road and missed choir concerts, baseball games, the first day of school and many other important events in the life of my family. Behind this link is a tribute to my family and a promise to be there when I am needed.
